A new year means a fresh start – and we’re making sure ours is sparkling clean! When you begin a new year by building new habits, it’s easier to keep them going long into the future. We’re wrapping up January with a series of simple cleaning resolutions that will help keep your house neat and shiny through 2021 and beyond!
Go through EVERYTHING
Most resolutions involve year-long progress and habits, but there are some that only take one big day of effort! Making big changes at the beginning can have a ripple effect on your entire year. The holidays cause all of us to build up more stuff than we need – or have space for! – which can make the house look messy no matter how much you clean. Kicking off the year by going through and streamlining your belongings will make your household easier to run for all of 2021 – and if you make this resolution a habit, it will have the same impact well after! Tidy rooms before you leave them
Ever enter the living room, see piles of clutter, and ignore them for later…only to come back to see them doubled and tripled in size? Write down your daily tasks
